Scrap Book Paper
This tutorial is written in psp 9 and requires a working knowledge of the programme
We are going to create a few patterned papers. Pick one of your own photos, copy (Shift+d) and close the original image Crop to 500 x 500 pixel
If you need a little contrast color, grab your paintbrush
and add a little soft splash of color to your image
Press Shift+d twice, you now have 3 images. Activate the first image and go to Effects / Reflection Effects / Pattern You can use the setting shown below or just roll the dice or dial your own setting - make sure that Horizontal shift and Vertical shift are set to 0 In order to get a seamless image
Apply this setting to the second image
Apply this setting to the third image

When you are done you can add some texture of your own choice I used Filter Unlimited / striped paper for the preview
